Founder & CEO
Javier is a federally licensed Enrolled Agent (EA) with the authority to represent taxpayers in all 50 states. He built Alpine Tax Resolution from the ground up through 12–16 hour days, sleepless nights, and the determination to fight back against IRS levies, garnishments, and collections. Under his leadership, Alpine has grown into one of the largest referral networks in the country, partnering with over 700+ professionals nationwide.
What drives Javier isn’t just building a successful firm — it’s creating a better future for his two daughters and leaving behind a legacy built from grit, vision, and a commitment to helping people when it matters most.
Trent
Executive Sales Director
Trent leads Alpine’s sales operations, ensuring that every client and referral partner is welcomed with clarity, confidence, and the right solutions. With over 20 years of sales leadership experience, Trent has successfully managed teams of up to 125 employees. He brings a deep knowledge of sales, relationship-building, and client trust. His focus is on creating lasting partnerships with referral sources and ensuring new clients feel confident they are in the best hands when it comes to resolving their tax liabilities.

Administrative Assistant
Ana has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a natural ability to turn complicated tax issues into manageable solutions. She supports Alpine’s day-to-day operations, handling scheduling, client communication, and organizational needs to keep cases moving forward smoothly.
She’s not only skilled but also approachable — clients appreciate her friendly personality as much as her attention to detail. Outside of work, Ana loves dancing bachata.

Social Media & Marketing Coordinator
Priscila holds a degree in Business Marketing and works as Alpine’s Social Media Marketing Manager. She creates campaigns, manages platforms, and develops content that educates taxpayers and expands Alpine’s reach nationwide.
Beyond Alpine, she is also a Wedding Planner and Florist, passionate about creating unforgettable moments. She enjoys traveling, discovering new places, dancing, and collecting stories.
